- Content you create — worship plans, songs metadata, notes, and community posts.
- Usage information — basic logs and events needed to operate and improve the service.
SundayCue does not generate or store copyrighted lyrics or full chord charts. Song entries hold metadata and your own notes only.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the service, including AI generation you request.
- To enable team workspaces and community features you choose to use.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To communicate with you about your account and important changes.
AI processing
When you request AI generation, the relevant details you provide are sent to our AI provider to produce the output. We do not sell your content. See our AI Use Disclaimer for how AI output should be treated.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate SundayCue (such as hosting, database, and AI providers), and where required by law. Content you choose to share with your team or the community is visible according to the visibility you select.
Your choices
- Access and update your profile in account settings.
- Choose what is shared when posting to your team or the community; private team notes can be kept private.
- Request account deletion from account settings.
Data retention & security
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
