These terms govern your use of SundayCue. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
SundayCue is an AI-assisted worship planning and community platform. It helps teams prepare set flows, transitions, rehearsal packs, team messages, click-track planning, and community feedback. It is a tool for preparation and communication, not a replacement for spiritual leadership or musicianship.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and within workspaces you manage.
- You must be able to form a binding agreement to use SundayCue.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Posting content that infringes copyright (see our Copyright Policy).
- Harassing others or violating our Community Guidelines.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Using the service to generate or distribute unlawful content.
4. AI-generated content
AI output is provided as suggestions and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting it. See our AI Use Disclaimer.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant SundayCue the limited licence needed to operate the service (for example, to store your plans and display content you choose to share). You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload.
6. Plans and billing
Paid plans, limits, and any billing terms are described at checkout and on our pricing page. Where billing is not yet enabled, paid features may be offered as early access.
7. Termination
You may stop using SundayCue at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can request account deletion from your account settings.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, SundayCue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
